Automobile

Automobile industry is the world’s largest economic sector by revenue and is governed by stringent norms of safety and pollution control. With modern vehicle manufacturer putting stress on finer details like seating, braking systems, noise and vibration controls, we are proud to say that we have a range of products surpassing the internationals compliance norms. Glycol ether based brake fluids by Fabkem make an excellent choice as brake fluids and coolants for automobiles. Formulations tailored to your specific requirements ensure complete satisfaction and an overall product excellence.

Brake fluids

Our brake fluids comply with the highest standards defined by global organizations like Department of Transport (DOT), USA and Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI). We specialize in glycol ether based formulations for DOT 3 and DOT 4 brake fluids; considering the engine design, temperature and humidity.

With utmost care for technical parameters like viscosity, boiling point, corrosion and compressibility; our brake fluids are designed for light to heavy vehicles operating in various climatic conditions.

  • We manufacture superior quality DOT3 and DOT 4 brake fluid which adhere to the standards set by Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)
  • Our formulations exhibit low change in viscosity with temperatures
  • With high boiling points, Fabkem Brake Fluids prevent vapour lock and excessive evaporation loss
  • Fabkem products are relatively non-corrosive in nature and have a good thermal stability

Brake fluid test kit

Brake fluid lubricates the brake system, prevents rusting and corrosion and ensures stopping power. Brake fluid wears down over time, leaving brake systems unprotected from corrosion. High level of corrosion can cause brake systems to fail.

Doctor Brake is an instant and easy to use brake fluid tester which indicates if the brake fluid needs to be replaced. It is a visual test that monitors the quality of brake fluid over time. Regular monitoring can identify issues in the brake fluid at an early stage before it results in brake component failure

It is an easy 3 step process-

  • Open the cap of the master cylinder
  • Dip the strip for 1 sec into the brake fluid
  • Wait for 1 minute and compare the colour with the reference strip on the package

Coolants

Only adding water to the radiator is not sufficient for to prevent overheating the engine. We have a range of products that cater to the various requirements of automobiles based on the engine capacity and vehicular loads.

Coolants –

  • Coolant concentrate (FabKem CFV Glycol)
  • Dye (FabKem CF aquasol green)
  • Additive for coolant
